Tohmadaran section (Family Registrar) of the official website of the Union of the Armenian Noblemen was designed as an inter-active project. This project enables the representatives of the Armenian nobility to research and record information on their family roots in the Internet. The goal of this project is to collect and sort information on family history, traditions, and heraldry for your relatives in Armenia and abroad, as well as save this valuable information for your descendants.

Tohmadaran is open for representatives of the titled and untitled Armenian nobility, as well as for representatives of the non-Armenian noble families, who had links with Armenia or Armenian people. We encourage you to compile a brief (20 to 50 sentences) history of your family, draw the family tree, family coat-of-arms and flag, and post all this information in this section. Also, should you have old family photographs or portraits of your ancestors, archival documents etc., we would gladly consider them for posting in Tohmadaran. If you need any assistance or have questions, please contact the Administration of the website (see section Contacts).

This is a unique opportunity to save the history, genealogy and heraldry of your family in the electronic memory of the world. Do not miss it!

Disclaimer: Please be advised that appearance of family information in Tohmadaran of the official website of the Union of the Armenian Noblemen cannot serve as a sufficient ground for claiming membership in the Union. Membership in the UAN is granted on the basis of rules and regulations determined by the UAN Council.
