It can be read by the Azeris and those that want to once more deceive the Karabagh Armenians with a myth about "full-fledged cultural autonomy."
In view of ethical considerations, we found it inappropriate to translate this filthy warning that was glued on all gates and doors of the Armenian houses of Shushi in August 1988.
